2. Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?

A:In the production management, we strictly enforce the ISO9001 quality management system. In the production process, we strictly enforce the company quality standards. only are top famous suppliers be selected, and software and hardware are required for third party authority detection, finally, all products before shipping must be inspected carefully.

3. Q: What is your after-sale service?

A: Normally we offer 13-month free warranty but whole life time technical support. After 13 months, components would be charged if any mulfunctions occur on the device.

4. Q: What is your MOQ?

A: Any quantity is acceptable for your order. And the price is calculated according to Specs/Size/Quantity of each of your order, it is negotiable for large quantity.

5.Q:what brand of screen are you using?

A: only Samsung and LG screen would be used which are original imported.

6.Q: Do you have your own enclosure factory?

A:Yes we do have our own enclosure factory ,and we have the best structural Engineer,we hope to provide you with best screen and shape, so OEM is also welcome.
